Before we are prepared to deliver a solution we engage any new client in detailed workshops to understand the business drivers and objectives. This leads into low level design requirements that allow us to configure the best solution and define any bespoke elements like EDI file structures. From this we define a project plan with key deliverables which we all "sign off" and then deliver.

With our robust project management procedures and our flexible WMS system we can quickly design and deliver a robust operational solution. The Golden Wonder implementation was a good example of fast design and delivery as they moved at short notice during peak period trading with the minimum of disruption.
