Paul joined Bibby Distribution in 1997 as Finance Director having previously been employed in a similar role for four years at Williams Distribution, the paper and packaging distribution specialist of TDG. Paul graduated from Manchester University in 1982 and joined Price Waterhouse Coopers where he subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In addition to leading the finance function, Paul is also responsible for property and IT within the business.

Michael Bibby became Managing Director of Bibby Line Group in 2000 and ensures that the Distribution division meets its strategic and financial goals. Sir Michael succeeded to the Baronetcy of Tarporley, Co. Palatine of Chester, upon the death of his father, Sir Derek Bibby, Bt., in 2002. Upon graduating from Oxford University in 1984, he joined Coopers & Lybrand in London where he later qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He then spent several years at Unilever as a project accountant where he was involved in a number of acquisitions, disposals and joint venture projects.

Ian is responsible for the Business Development function within the business, overseeing all new business bids alongside strategic account development.  Ian has worked in logistics since 1983 with significant experience in large scale warehousing and distribution operations. He has successfully developed customer accounts within Bibby Distribution from a diverse variety of sectors from dairy to rail. Ian is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. 

Mark has been with Bibby Distribution since 1994 and has a wide range of experience across the industry from large scale warehousing to complex distribution solutions, utilising a wide range of IT applications. He started as an operator on the shop floor and has worked through every part of the logistics chain to his current position of Divisional Director. Mark uses this experience to deliver excellent operational solutions benefiting customers and the business alike. Mark works to ensure that the solutions and service provided to his clients are reported in a way that aids their tactical and strategic decision making.

Paul joined Bibby in 2004 as a General Manager and has over 20 years experience in the logistics sector including the packaging, dairy and retail sectors.  As Divisional Director of Projects, Paul is responsible for due diligence in the acquisition process and subsequent integration of successful bids. His remit includes continuous improvement initiatives and company wide project management. He also oversees fleet and our International logistics services. Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. 

Reporting directly to the CFO, Paul Cullingford, William oversees 18 accounting staff at various levels. His department provides quality meaningful financial information to our customers and managers. William’s experience in logistics and management accounting adds operational knowledge to the financial reporting value-added service we offer.

Responsible for health, safety and environmental performance across all of our operational sites, Steve has been with Bibby Distribution since 2005. He is a chartered member of IOSH and an associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.  With over 20 years of operational management experience in warehousing and transport, Steve is able to give pragmatic advice in his drive to improve the overall safety culture.

Deborah Hepple joined the organisation in 2008 as Head of Organisational Development.  Deborah works closely with the Executive Board at a strategic level to develop the company culture and values programme and is responsible for the role out of this programme throughout the rest of the business.
